CALORIES IN TEA
Concerned about calories in tea or whether our tea contains allergens? Click on the link above to find out what our teas are free from and how they’re great for weight watchers.

If you're watching your weight, good news, there are no calories
in tea if you drink it without milk!
In fact, even if you splash out on a bit of semi-skimmed, this
still only makes it about 14 calories a cuppa. Tea even counts
towards your recommended daily liquid intake − between 1.5 and 2.5
litres a day.
And for anyone concerned about tea allergies, you'll be pleased
to know that Twinings teas, coffees and
fruit and herbal infusions are free from:
• Gluten
• Genetically modified ingredients
• Fish and shellfish
• Eggs
• Soybeans
• Milk
• Nuts
• Celery
• Mustard
• Sesame seeds
• Lupin
• Sulphur dioxide and sulphites at
concentrations of more than 10mg/kg or 10mg/litre expressed as
SO2
In fact, the only Twinings drink that contains potential
allergens is our Swiss
Hot Chocolatedrink, which contains soya and may also contain
traces of milk and nuts.
