Twinings announce it's much anticipated next advert - Coming in March.

Twinings Gets You Back To You
The advert, named “Hill” depicts the struggle of a woman overcoming obstacles, symbolised by a hill, to reach a place of perspective and calm; somewhere where she can be herself again.

We are so excited to be able to
bring you an update on our latest advertising. The first
airing of our gorgeous new animation is on Sunday 4th March and we
can't wait...so we're not going to. We're want to ensure that
you, our tea lovers, get a sneak peak....so here it is:

Following the success of Twinings'
heart-warming, animated advert
'Sea', that resulted in a number three in the official top 40
and racked up 1.4 million hits on YouTube, the tea maker is
planning to launch its next instalment, entitled 'Hill', on
4th March.
This, the sequel advert is part of
Twinings' integrated campaign with the strapline'Gets You Back To
You'. It tells the story of a woman overcoming obstacles,
symbolised by a hill, to reach a place of perspective and features
a moving and contemporary cover of Fleetwood Mac'sGo Your Own Wayby
American folk-rock starlet, Lissie.
The first advert, entitled 'Sea',
featuring Charlene Soraia's evocative cover of The Calling's Wherever
You Will Go,originally aired in October and marked Twinings'
shift into emotional advertising. The track can still be downloaded
from iTunes.
The advert was heavily viewed on Twinings YouTube
channel and the hugely popular song rapidly climbed through the
charts reaching number three, was named Scott Mills' record of the
week and sung by Sophie Habibis on ITV's X Factor.
Both adverts, created by AMV in
London and Psyop in LA, illustrate the restorative, emotional
properties of Twinings teas. The campaign 'Gets You Back To You'
urges busy, multi-tasking women to Take 10 quality minutes
out every day, with Twinings, to reconnect.

Marketing Director from Twinings, commented:
"We had a fantastic response to our
first advert and were inundated with phenomenal feedback - often
hearing that it stirred a few emotions. The message,
that busy women should take 10 minutes to get back to themselves,
resonates strongly.
"Moving into this new area of
emotional advertising was unchartered territory for us.
However, now we can see the Gets You Back To You ethos spreading
and that consumers were moved by the advert, we hope our next
instalment will be equally if not, even more positively
received.
"At the start of the campaign, we
joked in the office that we hoped our song would appear in the top
10 or feature on X Factor, so you can imagine our extreme surprise
and delight when it did. This time, here's hoping for a
number one and a spot on Britain's Got Talent."

aired on our youtube channel and Facebook
page exclusively on 24th February, so make sure
