This is a morning ritual for me now. it really does set you up for the day. Since giving up coffee last spring I have sought a healthy replacement without the addiction. THIS IS IT. Really looking forward to exploring the other teas in the benefits range. my local shop only has morning Detox and Digestif at the moment but I have requested the others.
