Deliciously gorgeous and super easy Smoked Salmon and Fried Egg Recipe - serve with a cup of Twinings English (Strong) Breakfast.

INGREDIENTS

Qty Ingredients
1 Thick slice of bread
1 Egg
Butter and oil for frying
Salt an pepper
1 Lemon
Flower Cut Out or a Shape of Your Choice

Method

  • Flatten out the bread using a rolling pin. Ensure its large enough to cut out your shape.
  • Cut out a flower shape keeping the cut out flower.
  • In a moderately hot frying pan, melt a little butter with oil and fry the both pieces of the bread till golden.
  • Flip the bread over and crack in the egg. Cook for about 4-5minutes. The yolk will be runny. Sprinkle on some salt and pepper.
  • Serve with slices of smoked salmon and a cup of English breakfast.
