Even the Duchess of Cambridge loves making homemade chutneys as a gift for the Queen! This is a simple and delicious recipe using our fabulous Everyday tea.

Chutney INGREDIENTS

Qty Ingredients
350ml Boiling Water
3 Everyday Tea Bags
1 Red Onion, Chopped
250g Tomatoes, Roughly Chopped
¼ tsp Salt
100g Brown Sugar
75ml Vinegar
¼ tsp Chilli Flakes
  • Bring the water and the tea bags to a boil.
  • Boil for 2 minutes then add all of the remaining ingredients and cook for 10-15 minutes over medium low heat or until the majority of the liquid has evaporated.
  • Place into sterilised jars

Cloud Bread INGREDIENTS

Qty Ingredients
2 Eggs, Separated
2 tbsp Cream Cheese
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper
¼ tsp Mixed Herbs
  • Preheat the oven to 150C
  • Combine the egg yolks, cream cheese and seasonings into a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl whisk the egg whites till it forms stiff peaks.
  • Fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture.
  • Spoon dollops onto a lined and greased baking tray. Bake for 10-15minutes. 
  • Serve with the chutney or make into sandwiches with cheese and salad or your favourite fillings.
