Give yourself a little boost with this raspberry & green tea smoothie. Refreshing, sweet, filling and loaded with vitamins, a great way to start to the day.

Ingredients

Qty Ingredients
1 Twinings Pure Green Tea Bag
100ml Freshly Boiled Water
1 Frozen Banana
80g Frozen Raspberries
180ml Almond Milk (or Milk of Your Choice)
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Honey (Optional)

HOW TO

  1. Infuse the Twinings Pure Green Tea bag in 100ml boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Remove the tea bag from the water and add the green tea water to a blender almond with all the other ingredients.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy!
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
