Your favourite Chai tea as an ice cream? Oh yes, here at Twinings we make Bollywood dreams come true.

ICE CREAM INGREDIENTS

Qty Ingredients
1 Bollywood Chai Latte Pyramid Bag
400ml Double Cream, Chilled
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
200g Condensed Milk

How to prepare

  • Steep teabag in 20ml of boiling water, remove and leave to cool.
  • Mix 150ml of the cream and add the brew, cinnamon stick and vanilla - warm mixture for 3 minutes.
  • Place the mixture into a container and leave to chill in the fridge.
  • Once chilled combine the infused cream with the remaining cream and condensed milk and whisk till it thickens but it's still liquid. 
  • Pour into a container and freeze overnight. 

Magic Shell INGREDIENTS

Qty Ingredients
125g 70% Dark Chocolate
3 tbsp Coconut Oil
Pistachios, Chopped

How to prepare

  • Melt the coconut oil and chocolate together.
  • Pour over the ice cream and top with pistachios and or spiced crushed biscuits
