Cool off this summer with this refreshing blend of fresh mint leaves with tangy lime.

Ingredients per Highball Glass

Qty Ingredients
100ml Peppermint Tea
50ml Apple Juice
1 tbsp Lime Juice
1 tbsp Agave Syrup or Monin Mojito Mint Syrup
1 Mint Leaves (Finely Chopped)
Ice Cubes

Ingredients per Pitcher

Qty Ingredients
1 litre Peppermint Tea
500ml Apple Juice
10 tbsp Lime Juice
10 tbsp Agave Syrup or Monin Mojito Mint Syrup
10 Mint Leaves (Finely Chopped)
Ice Cubes

HOW TO

  1. Infuse the peppermint teabag in freshly boiled water for 3 minutes and remove bag.
  2. Stir through the agave syrup and leave to cool.
  3. Add the lime juice and apple juice.
  4. Serve over ice.
