How To Make Turkish Tea

As the world’s biggest consumer of tea per capita, the Turkish really can’t get enough. Famed for their Turkish Apple tea in particular (known as Elma Çayi to the locals), it’s rare that you’ll find a Turkish household without a pot on the stove.

Because Turkish Apple Tea takes longer to brew than an ordinary cup, most Turkish families make a large pot ofvery strong teaand add hot water to it to dilute it to their tastes and reheat it as they drink it throughout the day.
