A refreshingly light Iced Tea, made with naturally soothing herbs to help get you through those Springtime sniffles.


Qty Ingredients
2 Twinings Chamomile Tea Bags
2 tbsp Elderflower
2 tbsp Plantain
2 tbsp Nettle
2 tbsp Eyebright
Raw Honey to taste
Fresh Lemon, sliced


  1. Place all the herbs and Chamomile tea bags into a large teapot or pot and cover with 1.5-2L of just boiled water.
  2. Place a lid over it and let it sit for 30 mins.
  3. Once it’s a little cooler, add in honey and fresh slices of lemon (experiment to find that perfect balance for you!) 
  4. Store in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Once chilled, strain your infusion so you’re left with the pure tea.

Optional: why not garnish with some more fresh lemon slices or a few ginger slices for that extra zing.
