Spring Iced Tea

A refreshingly light Iced Tea, made with naturally soothing herbs.

Ingredients

2 Twinings Pure Camomile Tea Bags
2 tbspElderflower
2 tbspPlantain
2 tbspNettle
2 tbspEyebright
Raw Honey to taste
Fresh Lemon, sliced

Method

  • Place all the herbs and Camomile tea bags into a large teapot or pot and cover with 1.5-2L of just boiled water.
  • Place a lid over it and let it sit for 30 mins.
  • Once it’s a little cooler, add in honey and fresh slices of lemon (experiment to find that perfect balance for you!).
  • Store in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
  • Once chilled, strain your infusion so you’re left with the pure tea. 
  • Optional: why not garnish with some more fresh lemon slices or a few ginger slices for that extra zing.
