Fruit and herbal infusions

Fruit and herbal infusions are an easy way to feel good and rehydrate with a soothing drink. They are all sugar-free, and with only four calories in each cup, they’re a great alternative to a caffeinated cuppa.

Made with 100% natural ingredients and simply bursting with flavour, every single cup gives off a mouth-watering aroma – enveloping all the senses at once. From the latest in the world of flavour trends to tea cupboard essentials – we’ve got over 50 blends at the last count. Infusions are also wonderfully versatile: they can be enjoyed hot or cold, making them a great way to stay hydrated from winter through to summer.

Fruit and herbal infusion also make the ideal ingredient for iced teas and cocktails, and as they’re caffeine-free, they’re the perfect alternative to coffee.

What Is an Infusion?

A delicious hot tea using not-quite boiling water is infused with other flavours – specifically from fruits or herbs, often dried, but sometimes fresh (like mint).Because herbal and fruit teas are so delicious and are celebrating a huge boost in popularity, the word “tea” has become confused with “infusion”. All teas, from traditional black tea to fruity mixes, are technically infusions: the hot water is infused with flavours from the steeping leaves, fruits and herbs.

What Is the Difference Between a Herbal or Fruit Infusion and Regular Tea?

What Is the Difference Between a Herbal or Fruit Infusion and Regular Tea?

The major difference is that fruit and herbal teas are entirely caffeine free – this is because they are not made from tea leaves at all.

Whereas traditional teas are made from the leaves of the tea plant Camellia Sinensis, herbal and fruit teas are made from… well, whatever flavours take your fancy.

Are All Fruit & Herbal Teas Caffeine-free?

They most certainly are. Fruit and herbal infusions can be enjoyed around the clock and make great caffeine-free hot drinks, helping you to enjoy a healthy lifestyle.

What Does an Infusion Taste Like?

What Does an Infusion Taste Like?

Refreshing and natural tasting, full of flavour, and they create wonderful aromas, too. Fruit and herbal teas are sugar-free, so their sweetness is natural and not as intense as sugary drinks like squash. Leaving you without that post-sugar crash!

Match your choice of infusion to your mood. Whether you need to find some focus, give yourself a boost, give yourself a little glow or ease yourself into a good night's sleep, there’s a fruit and herbal infusion to suit.

How to Make the Perfect Infusion

  • Pop a teabag into your favourite mug - a glass one if you have one to see the colour infuse.
  • Top up with boiling water.
  • Wait for 3-4 minutes for the flavours to infuse. They aren’t as strong as everyday black tea and really need time to blend with the water!
  • Infusions are just as tasty left to go cold — the ideal choice of tea for a busy life!
  • Herbal + fruit infusions are happy as they are - no milk or sugar is needed – but for those of you with a sweet tooth, a little spoon of honey is always a welcome addition.

Fruit and herbal teas offer a delicious and refreshing alternative to your caffeinated tea. Why not swap a cup for a herbal or fruit infusion and enjoy its benefits?
