Bedtime Smoothie - Infused with Superblends Sleep

A delicious and soothing vegan night-time smoothie, featuring our Superblends Sleep tea, to help you relax and wind-down before bed. Packed with creamy oat milk, porridge oats and a hint of cinnamon, it’s the ideal pre-bedtime snack.

Ingredients

200mlWater
2Twinings Superblends Sleep tea bags
150mlOat milk
3 tbspPorridge oats
2 tbspHoney
1Banana
3 tbspPlant-based yoghurt (we used soy)
PinchCinnamon

Method

  • Infuse 200ml boiling water with the Twinings Superblends Sleep tea bags and leave to brew for 2 minutes.
  • Remove the tea bags and leave to cool.
  • Add the tea-infused water to a blender along with all the other ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy straight away!
